A Clear Return Process
We want customers to understand the return process before sending any item back.
This policy applies to eligible purchases made through sjdhur.com.
1. 30-Day Return Period
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
For a standard return, products should generally be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Complete with accessories and parts
- Returned with suitable original packaging where reasonably possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or an identifiable order number
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for return.
2. Starting a Return
Before sending an item back, contact:

- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photographs where relevant
Once the request has been reviewed, customer support will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Do not send products back without authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
3. Return Address
Our registered business address is not automatically the return warehouse.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order after delivery.

- Order number
- Product photos
- Packaging photos
- Shipping-label photos
- Description of the issue
After review, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, or return instructions.
5. Non-Returnable Products

- Perishable products
